Jordan Hall is the founder and host of The Black Caliber Podcast, a platform built to spotlight stories with substance and people with purpose. What started as a media brand has grown into a space where culture, entrepreneurship, leadership, and real-life lessons meet—without the fluff. Jordan’s approach is simple: give guests room to be human, keep the conversation honest, and make every episode feel like it matters.
Professionally, Jordan’s work lives at the intersection of marketing strategy, media production, and community-based entrepreneurship. He serves as a Graduate Assistant for Client Marketing & Media Services at Alvernia University’s O’Pake Institute for Economic Development & Entrepreneurship, supporting client growth through branding, content, and storytelling while also managing and guiding student fellows as they turn ideas into real deliverables. He also serves on the Board of The Lincubator (Lincoln University’s business incubator program), reflecting his commitment to building stronger pipelines for founders, creators, and emerging leaders.
A major part of Jordan’s work is building pathways that open doors for students. He helped foster a connection that supports Lincoln University students pursuing master’s degrees at Alvernia with full funding, creating access where opportunity can sometimes feel out of reach. In that same spirit, he has also helped navigate and shape a pathway for Lincoln University medical-focused students to further their education at Alvernia, strengthening the bridge between institutions and making it easier for students to take the next step without having to figure everything out alone.
Jordan’s leadership extends across both campuses and communities. He is a Lincoln University media consultant, known for bringing a professional, story-first approach to messaging, branding, and visibility. At Alvernia, he played a key role in reviving The 401 Podcast, helping re-establish it as a meaningful platform for entrepreneurship, community impact, and campus-forward storytelling. Whether he’s developing content strategy, refining a brand message, or producing media that actually moves people, Jordan focuses on creating work that is clear, intentional, and built to last.
And beyond hosting, Jordan also teaches podcasting. He helps aspiring creators, entrepreneurs, and organizations learn how to launch and grow podcasts the right way—clarifying purpose, building episode structure, improving delivery, and creating a consistent content system that supports audience growth. Whether it’s coaching someone through their first recording or helping a brand use podcasting as a marketing engine, his goal is always the same: make the process approachable, sustainable, and high quality.
At his core, Jordan is a builder. He’s passionate about making sure people with real stories and real impact aren’t overlooked, and he’s equally serious about helping others develop the skills to control their own narrative. Black Caliber isn’t just a podcast—it’s a platform, a mindset, and a growing network of excellence.

I have served as a Champion for Financial Literacy and earned a financial literacy certification that I actively use in community education and campus-based programming. I have spoken at the CFFL conference about the importance of translating financial concepts into practical steps people can apply immediately. My focus is teaching money fundamentals in a way that builds confidence—covering budgeting, credit, saving, and long-term decision-making without making it feel overwhelming or out of reach.

MOU Signing (Lincoln University – Medical Student Pathway)
I have supported Lincoln University’s efforts to create stronger academic pipelines by being involved in the MOU signing that established a pathway for medical-focused students to continue their education at Alvernia. I helped navigate the partnership-building that made the agreement possible and focused on making sure the outcome was student-centered, clear, and usable. This work reflects what I do best—turning relationships into real opportunities and building bridges that expand what students can access after graduation.

How Money Works Conference (Lincoln University – Event Host)
I have hosted the How Money Works conference on Lincoln University’s campus, leading the program, introducing speakers, and keeping the energy and structure of the event on track. I treated hosting as more than announcements—it was about guiding the audience through the message, keeping engagement high, and making sure the experience felt organized and purposeful. This reflects my ability to lead in public-facing settings while keeping the mission and audience at the center.
